Worship

Dear Lord,

Teach me to worship You in the beauty of holiness. The world around me is filled with breathtaking beauty, yet none of it is perfectly holy. The beauty of holiness is something I glimpse only in part right now—but one day, I will know it fully, just as I am fully known.

I’m discovering that true worship is transformational. As I turn my heart toward You, You shape me more and more into the person You created me to be. I’m realizing that to truly know You is to worship You.

You reveal Yourself to me through Scripture. In Your Word, I encounter Your character, Your love, Your truth. And as I behold You there, I am being transformed. You are glorified, and I am changed. This is the beautiful mystery of worship—Your holiness drawing me into wholeness.
